Kristie's class was perfect timing for me. My husband and I had just started "Whole 30" which is an elimination diet that detoxes your body. I had learned a lot by reading the book for Whole 30, but Kristie's class brought in the specifics which highlighted important information on the food we are all putting into our body. I have a new appreciation for my health and what I am eating every day. The handouts were very helpful and I loved her Sample Food along with the Recipes. I have learned to read more labels and to care about where the food I eat comes from. I would truly recommend for others to take her class because there is so much to learn.
