Kristie’s passion for holistic nutrition has made me much more conscious of how I fuel my body and she has guided me along the path by providing me with delicious, easy to make recipes and a 7 day meal plan that has been a great resource. She has empowered me to not only make changes to my diet but to make lifestyle choices to support optimal health. After thoroughly reviewing my goals she crafted a customized plan to help me attain them with the added bonus of loaning me books from her extensive library which have expanded my knowledge of nutritional wellness and in turn have been a great inspiration on my journey to a healthier lifestyle.
The cumulative affects of all the little changes have made a tremendous difference in my health and well-being. Krisite has given me the support I need to attain my goals and she has done it with grace, encouragement and a deep wisdom for the field she is compassionate about.
I found Kristie at a time when I was looking for information on how to make healthier choices and be more educated about what foods would be best suited for me, outside any fad diets and cleanses. She made it easy to understand why the food choices we make today have such a strong impact on our health tomorrow as well as provided accessible and delicious food suggestions and recipes to help easily weave these better choices into my diet. Kristie was wonderful at listening to what I was looking to accomplish, took the time to look into my specific situation and developed suggestions and recommendations tailored to my own needs that have really worked!
Kristie's class was perfect timing for me. My husband and I had just started "Whole 30" which is an elimination diet that detoxes your body. I had learned a lot by reading the book for Whole 30, but Kristie's class brought in the specifics which highlighted important information on the food we are all putting into our body. I have a new appreciation for my health and what I am eating every day. The handouts were very helpful and I loved her Sample Food along with the Recipes. I have learned to read more labels and to care about where the food I eat comes from. I would truly recommend for others to take her class because there is so much to learn.
I liked the way Kristie structured her class to issues we all face in our daily lives. It was very apparent how much work Kristie put into each class.
