In my role as a holistic nutritionist, I am able to take a step back and consider your WHOLE self – your routines, your diet, your relationships – and make recommendations for where things could improve. During our initial consultation, we’ll go over your health history and lifestyle and talk about your goals. Together, we decide on small, effective changes and I’ll be here to help you implement them. After our first chat, we’ll touch base every 2-3 weeks and I will make additional recommendations based on the results you’re seeing and how you’re feeling. We will have the opportunity to grocery shop together, clean out your pantry, and even have private cooking lessons! Everything is customizable to your lifestyle needs and goals. After each visit, I will give you a written summary of our discussion, recommended reading material, nutritional handouts and/or healthy recipes.
In my experience, people are most successful with continuity, accountability and ongoing support.
This should not and won’t be an overwhelming experience.

Learn the basics and get personalized planning and advice during our one-on-one sessions. We will have time to discuss lifestyle and schedule needs, and make a plan to keep you on track and enjoying a healthy life.
One intake session and 3 followup sessions. Extra sessions may be added on a hourly basis.
8 SESSION PACKAGE
The ultimate lifestyle reset. During our extended time together, we will do everything from the 4 session package, and we can also develop a comprehensive plan to overhaul your pantry, conquer grocery store pitfalls, and cook loads of nutritious food.
One intake session and 7 follow-up sessions.
